Meet Your AI Assistant: Run Your Email Marketing by Just Asking

A built-in AI assistant that answers questions about your account and makes changes with your OK, plus an MCP Server that connects Claude, Cursor and other AI tools to your campaigns, lists and leads.

Checking how a campaign did, finding a list, making sure a domain isn’t blacklisted: each one is a few clicks through a few screens. On a busy day those clicks add up.

Now you can just ask. We’re launching two AI features today. The AI Assistant lives inside your account and answers questions about your email, campaigns, lists, SMS and leads. The MCP Server connects the AI tools you already use, like Claude and Cursor, directly to your account.

The AI Assistant: answers and actions inside your account

Look for the Ask AI button on any screen. Type a question the way you’d ask a coworker, and the assistant looks up the answer in your account. It’s powered by Claude, and it knows which part of the platform you’re in, so it suggests questions that fit.

Here’s what you can ask it:

  • Email marketing: “How are my recent campaigns doing?” “Are any of my IPs or domains blacklisted?” “How do I warm up a new domain?”
  • SMS: “How many SMS credits do I have left?” “Do I have any new SMS replies?” “What is my 10DLC registration status?”
  • Leads and CRM: “Show my newest leads.” “What lead labels do I have?”
  • List verification: “How many verification credits do I have?” “How do I clean a list before sending?”
  • Clients and resellers: “Which clients have auto renew turned off?”
  • Support: “What is the latest reply on my ticket?” It also answers how-to questions from our help center.

Nothing changes without your OK. The assistant can also make changes for you, like pausing a campaign, creating a list or adding a lead. Before anything runs, it shows you exactly what it’s about to do and waits for you to approve it.

It can only do what you can do. The assistant follows your account’s features and each user’s permissions. A team member who can’t delete lists in the app can’t delete them through the assistant either. Every approved or declined change is logged.

The MCP Server: bring your own AI tools

Many of you already work in Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT’s Codex every day. The MCP Server lets those tools work with your account directly, so you don’t have to copy numbers back and forth.

MCP stands for Model Context Protocol, an open standard that lets an AI assistant use an app as a set of tools. Once you connect, your assistant gets 147 tools across email campaigns, lists and subscribers, SMS, leads, list verification and support. It can also reach the rest of the platform API when it needs to.

That means you can ask for work that spans several steps:

  • “Compare the open and click rates of my last five campaigns and tell me which subject lines did best.”
  • “Are any of my sending IPs or domains on a blacklist right now?”
  • “Add this week’s new leads to my newsletter list.”

It works with Claude Desktop and Claude.ai (as a custom connector), Claude Code, Cursor and the Codex CLI.

Your API key stays in charge. The MCP Server uses the same API keys and rate limits as our regular API. We recommend creating a separate key just for your AI tools, and you can revoke it at any time from the Get API Key page.

Getting started

AI Assistant: log in and click Ask AI. Start with one of the suggested questions, or type your own.

MCP Server:

  1. In your account, open API, then MCP Server.
  2. Create a separate API key for your AI tools on the Get API Key page.
  3. Copy the setup line for your tool (Claude, Claude Code, Cursor or Codex) and add it.
  4. Fully restart the tool so the new tools show up, then ask your first question.

The AI Assistant and MCP Server are here to take the busywork off your plate, so you can spend your time on the campaigns themselves. Log in and give them a try. If you have questions, our support team is happy to help you get set up.
