A custom from address, allows you to setup an email address as the reply email address and is visible to the email recipients for the campaign.
Requires adding a CNAME DNS record to your domain. Note: this tied to a specific sending domain in our system.
To setup a custom "From Address", go to the email marketing tab -> click on the create campaign link -> and last click on the Custom From Address link.
On the Custom From Address page. You will see a button called "Add Domain" click that button a dropdown will appear enter the domain you want to send on behalf and selct the core sending profile.
Create the DNS entry on your domain's dns service provider. Once done click the "Verify Now" link in the CNAME verified column otherwise our system will try every 30 minutes to see if the record is created.
Once verified you can then move down on the page and find the button called "Add Custom From" click that button a dropdown will appear to enter your from address prefix and select the domain.
Once added, you will then have the option to use it on the "create campaign" page when creating a campaign.
NOTE!! Reply Capture will not work! Replies go directly to the custom from address. There will be no copy of the reply in the View Replies section
